Refund and Returns Policy
At Kamagra, we are committed to achieving quality healthcare products with care and transparency. Our Refund and Returns Policy predetermines the reasonable and customer-friendly way of solving emerging problems which may take place following your buying.
Order Cancellation Policy
Customers are allowed to cancel their orders before the dispatch of an order. Cancellation requests can not be accommodated once the product has already been shipped. If you want to cancel an order, contact us immediately and provide the necessary order information to our customer support team.
Return Eligibility
We cannot exchange or accept any returns on pharmaceutical products because of the nature of these products. Such a policy guarantees safety levels in health and does not contradict stringent medical regulations. But some exceptions are made in the case of:
- The product you got is not the right one.
- The product gets spoiled in transit.
- The cargo is missing and has not reached its destination in time.
Refund Conditions
The refunds can be done as follows:
Defective or Wrong Item: If the received item is not of the ordered type or is damaged we will refund or replace it completely.
Non-Delivery: If your order does not reach you within 30 days of when it has been shipped, and tracking information shows that nothing has been delivered, we will either reship the product or provide you with a full refund.
Cancellation Before Dispatch: A full refund will be made if your order has not already shipped.
There will be no refunds in the below circumstances:
- Change of mind post shipping.
- Wrong delivery address as given by the customer.
- Custom delays or delays due to postal processing are beyond our control.
Refund Procedure
In case you would like to make a refund, please call our customer care team within 7 days of the delivery. You should give:
- Order number
- A short description of the problem
- photo evidence (when available)
Once eligible refunds are verified, they will be settled successfully through the original method of payment, and it takes 5-10 business days.
Replacement Policy
When product damage has been verified, or there is a loss or wrong delivery, we will exchange it at no cost. Replacement shipments will be dispatched immediately and, in most cases, delivered within standard delivery timelines.
Important Notes
- We also do not accept returned medications due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Any requests for a refund or a replacement should be provided within the time limit.
- Only the initial mode of payment is refunded.
- Delivery fees are not refundable, except in cases where a mistake is made on our part.
